A trip to Las Vegas
I have completed a year in USA rather North-West USA ... but I haven't made a trip to Las Vegas, the sin city till this april ... I always heard also convinced that it is always a great experience and it is compulsory to visit LV when in USA ... but I could have never imagined what it is until I landed there ... you can see the strip in day and night ... both are very different experience ... I really think hard to think what people do in a place middle of a desert which have not natural beauty or architecture ... LV is built by people for people ... it is no where near to Grand Canyon or Yellowstone where you experience the beauty and creativity of nature ... But it is a great in its own way ... And I think 90% american make a trip to Las Vegas whenever they get a 2-3 days leave from work or else ... this people might not visited other parts of USA but LV, well they have come regularly ... LV is built on money of money for money ... yes the pleasure of winning or pain of loosing included free of cost, but its money ... you can feel it there ... Las Vegas is all about a road (Las Vegas Blvd) called Strip and luxurious Hotels, Casinos, variety shows ... also one great thing is these hotels know how to make money, also how to use money ... every hotel/motel should have some slot machines or a small casino, it may have 10 rooms only ... and every slot machine will not be free for 15 minutes ... you will see people playing playing and playing ... big hotels are very attractive to visitors, they have themes ... by night they become dazzling ... themes range from pyramid, disneyland to caesars palace and newyork city ... go inside and you will a new world totally disconnected from outside ... outside it may be cloudy, raining or burning hot, but inside you have your own sky, gentle clouds, side by lake with gondolas floating around ... a beautiful garden with huge flowers and bees ... look at those you will be amazed by the artificial beauty ... lightings by night makes Las Vegas a gorgeous princess, dazzling, colorful, sexy ... paintings, sculptures, historic elements nothing impossible to find ... all fake but great for pictures ... play in casinos drink free beers ... you know its very easy to loose but gambling is addiction ... and so Las Vegas ... 99% people loose money every day ... each hotels make millions a day ... money is the blood keeping Las Vegas alive ... sometime it feels to think, why we want to see such artificial beauty? and what for people come to Vegas again n again ...
