Didn't wrote much recently. So thought of writing something really random ... like ...

Indian cricket team is on a loosing spree ... Greg is really making Indian team for 2007 ... last time the team which gave Australia a hard time is India. It chased Australia to the finals. But this year that might not happen ... Greg Chappell is making all efforts on behalf of Australia :P ...
I saw a topic "who is the best captain ... Ganguly or Dravid?" Well is there any base for this comparison ... Ganguly is the best ... Dravid is a important batsman for India, mainly in test cricket ... why wasting him like this ... it is quite visible that he is struggling ... What is Greg doing with the team is not very clear ... he is supporting a non-performing player like Sehwag, misused and spoiled bowlers like Pathan & Harbhajan ... he should be terminated immediately ... People might think I am supporting Sourav as a bengali sentiment but please analyze the facts before you say ... Sourav is still a very important batsman and captain in One-days ... We lost the ideal combination of coach-captain ... Sourav-Wright ...

Next the current quota system in India ... Why this is being dragged for so long ... I think quota system should be in limits ... spanning a 10-15 years only ... unless it looses it importance ... the definition of backward class is becoming vague ... Political parties are just trying to win votes on this issue ... they are not concerned about its applicability and effect ... this system came to existence for helping backward classes as they were most under the poverty line ... now the situation is not the same ... there are still people under poverty line who doesn't have enough food, clothes, land for living ... they need help ... now there are many who doesn't fall into backward class also ... what about them ... they should also get benefits of the quota system ... why families of backward class who are earning good now still receive the benefits ... the quota system should work for poor people who needs help ... and quota system should never compromise with merit, skill ... it should never work against competition ... the classification of people is a curse in Indian society ... we always find a way to classify people in any way ... The real poor people never gets the money or opportunities because they are not educated enough to understand their rights ... we all know about the corruption in politics ... money doesn't reach to the grass level ... quota system should be retired now ... or the so called general class will be the same as the backward class when the quota system started long ago ... people should be selected by skill, merit testing by a fair evaluation system ... these politicians will be doing the same with the women's bill .... there will be no logic, facts behind it only number of votes matter ... we should consider people equal first to create equal opportunities rather than creating classes ... first everyone needs education ... but a hungry, homeless person can't be educated ...
