A vendor's life in Microsoft

Microsoft is one of the software giants. They produce bugs more than features ... ok ok thats natural if you build software there will be bugs. There are three kind of people in MS - FullTime(Pass), Contractor, Vendor. Now lets define them. FT people are hired by MS so they are already proved product i.e. there is nothing to prove about there abilities so they create new bugs ... Contractor ppl are like FT but they not FT .. thats it. Now come the vendors. Well these are the ppl who does all the work, but not FT not Contractor as simple as this ... their work has no history because they are paid for it. But these people are very caring ... they get paid for 8 hours but work for 16 hours. Their managers are more inclined to MS. And you know Client is always correct. he may may wrong this time but you are not correct person to correct him. You will work out the incorrect thing correctly and one fine morning incorrectness will prevail. So it scraped and a new idea. But at that moment time has gone only a few seconds are left. So the vendor is given a chance to express his idea. See how fair it is!!!, vendor is told to implement in the next second.
Now leading a vendor life is very irritating sometimes. Managers will try to over use your daily work hours. You will never be credited for small accomplishments. Never get paid for extra hours. No one cares about their aspirations ... They are just like some robots for work
